The problem
VENBEST needed a central monitoring system for security alarm operators: real-time signal processing and LDAP-based user authorisation.
What we built
We added an in-app chat, built an LDAP protocol module, and used WebSocket and ZeroMQ for real-time messaging. We migrated the project from Webpack 3 to 4, typed it for TypeScript, and worked with an SQLite database handling millions of queries.
Outcome
CASL Cloud is presented on the VENBEST website as software for central monitoring stations: round-the-clock intake from protected sites and alarm handoff to response teams.
